The TECH Fund is essential in creating financial stability for Georgia Tech athletics and thus achieving excellence in the programs and services we offer. It will create a consistent and ongoing revenue stream to support the critical operational funding needed to ensure that Georgia Tech athletics will compete at the highest level.
The TECH Fund will release you of any obligation to the Alexander-Tharpe Fund relative to the purchase of football and mens basketball tickets. The TECH Fund, with donations based on seat location, will become your annual contribution to Georgia Tech athletics.
Why Now?
Georgia Tech has undertaken a comprehensive evaluation and assessment process in which financial projections based on the rising cost of competitive athletics have been forecast. Without question, our current business model can not sustain the financial demands we face in the coming years. The time to face this challenge is today!
