Nine Georgia Tech student-athletes have been named to the 2009 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor Academic Track & Field Teams, as announced by Commissioner John D. Swofford Wednesday.
Five men - Hunter Clasen, E.C. Gibbs, Casey Gramling, Tim Guglielmo and Billy Mateker - and four women - Alana Clooten, Tiffany Grant, Erica Penk and Joanna Wright - were recognized for their impressive seasons in and out of the classroom.
