As a Sophomore (2002-03): Posted the top time at Tech in the 200 butterfly (1:49.73) en route to an eighth-place finish at the ACC Championships … Swam in the finals at the conference championship in the 200 and 500 freestyle events, ending in sixth (1:39.20) and seventh place (4:26.64) … Finished runner-up in his heat at U.S. Nationals with a time of 2:03.64 in the 200-meter fly to place 18th overall ...
