Tech senior won his fourth collegiate tournament in Las Vegas last weekend

ATLANTA - Senior Cameron Tringale of Georgia Tech has been named men's "College Player of the Week" for the period between March 9-15 by both Golfweek and Golf World magazines.

Tringale shot a 68 in the final round of the Southern Highlands Collegiate, the day's low score, to capture the individual title by five strokes. He has a 71.5 stroke average this season, with two wins and five top-10 finishes.

He has also played every tournament since arriving at Georgia Tech in the fall of 2005, finishing in the top 10 a total of 20 times, winning four.
