AT TECH: Former starter on the offensive line whose sustained a career-ending neck injury midway through the 2004 season.

2004: Started the first four games of the season at right guard before he was injured in the Miami game . . . Moved to the offensive line after one season as a backup on the defensive line . . . Did not participate in spring practice due to offseason surgery.

2003: Backup defensive tackle who played in eight games and made five tackles . . . Started the Auburn game and had two tackles, including one shared sack . . . Added two tackles against Virginia . . . Missed five games (Clemson, Vanderbilt, NC State, Wake Forest, Maryland) due to injury . . . Redshirted in 2002.

HIGH SCHOOL: One of the Top 50 prospects in Georgia, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution . . . Class A first-team all-state honoree by the AJC . . .
