The Georgia Tech Athletic Association accepts items to be autographed Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. If you have an item to be autographed, please send the request to the Compliance Office via fax, email or regular mail. All requests should include a letter from the individual/organization along with the request form (see above). The letter must include the following information:

1. The event
2. Item(s) to be autographed
3. Where the proceeds are going/who will benefit from the proceeds

No request will be approved without the above information. If you do not have the requested item to be autographed (i.e., football, basketball), they can be purchased at the Georgia Tech bookstore or various sporting good stores.

The GTAA operates within NCAA rules and regulations. Therefore, it may not be permissible to approve all requests. If your request cannot be granted, you will receive such notification in a timely manner. We do not accept any items to be autographed by the Georgia Tech student-athletes. Some student-athletes are available at their post-game autograph sessions following all home games.

You will not receive your item until you complete and return the Donation Agreement- Autographed Item form (see above) to the Compliance Office.

If you are requesting complimentary tickets, please follow the above procedures. You will not receive the tickets until you complete and return the Donation Agreement- Complimentary Admissions form (see above) to the Compliance Office.
